Have You Filed Your Tax Protest or Tax Exemption?
May 31, 2008 is the deadline for filing your protest or exemption! We all need every little break we can get with all the other things going up in our country. Please visit the Bexar Appraisal District's website and make sure that you have all the exemptions filed that you are entitled to. Just go to: http://www.bcad.org/clientdb/?cid=1 and put in your name or your address and make sure everything is there under exemptions. I have discovered that many people either forget to do this or just don't know to apply for them.

Certain parts of San Antonio have increased in value over the last year where others have just stayed flat due to the competition between sellers. Be sure to know what your value is on your home. New Hot Spot!
Tiago's Cabo Grille is Muy Fabuloso!Looking for a great new place to try? We have been to Tiago's 3 times now and just love it! The one we have gone to is in The Rim between Bass Pro Shops & The Palladium. We chose Tiago's to celebrate my brother Chris Mersinger's graduation from Texas A&M (WHOOP)!!! Our service was fantastico and the food was delicioso! Be sure to ask for Casey, he was muy pronto with his service and very friendly.
You will notice a great variety of choices on the menu from local style Mexican dishes to the Cabo style Pacific seafood dishes. See their menu at:
Tim & Lori Cox enjoyed their meals and the highlight of the evening (the Mexican chocolate cake). You will want to be sure to save room for dessert because the Mexican chocolate cake is absolutely to LIVE FOR!
